Madonna College Amokwe Udi was founded on December 7, 2020, as a co-educational mission school owned and operated by the Congregation of the Daughters of Divine Love. Initially, the school functioned as a day school but has plans to expand and offer boarding facilities in the future.

At its inception, the school enrolled only seven students and employed six teaching staff. However, in just a few years, it has grown significantly, now boasting a student body of around 310 students and a teaching staff of 20 highly qualified, dedicated professionals committed to providing a well-rounded education.

The rapid progress and high standards of Madonna College were recognized with formal approval on June 9, 2022, followed by approval for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) on February 16, 2023. The school has become known for its strong academic and moral standards.

In addition to academics, Madonna College places a high value on entrepreneurship training. Every student is encouraged to develop practical skills, equipping them with valuable abilities for a prosperous future.
